ANY vehicle with a title marked as branded can mean flood, rebuilt or salvage. These vehicles will be declared by LSETT before any purchase occurs and the customer will sign in acknowledgement and agreement at the time of purchase. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO RUN A CARFAX, INSPECT, OR HAVE INSPECTED ON PROPERTY, ANY VEHICE BEFORE PURCHASE. All Sales Are Final and As-Is according to the state of Kentucky.
