Therefore, we do not guarantee emissions on gas or diesel engines, EGR deleted engines, DEF systems that are altered or deleted, or anything that involves altered module alterations, exhaust systems or non-factory (OEM) parts in any way, shape or form- including exterior appearance with frame modifications. ANY vehicle with a title marked as branded can mean flood, rebuilt or salvage. These vehicles will be declared by LSETT before any purchase occurs and the customer will sign in acknowledgement and agreement at the time of purchase. IT IS THE CUSTOMERS SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO RUN A CARFAX, INSPECT, OR HAVE INSPECTED ON PROPERTY, ANY VEHICE BEFORE PURCHASE. All Sales Are Final and As-Is according to the state of Kentucky.
